She is an experienced and exceptional motivational speaker, teacher, trainer, and presenter. She is a member of Toastmasters, International and has earned the Competent Communicator designation. She is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a bachelors degree in Spanish/Economics and Business Administration. She is a continuous learner and has attended some of the most prestigious leadership training and development seminars and conferences in America. She also holds several certificates in various coaching, training and development programs from her work in Corporate America.

Nickquolette’s passion for excellence developed during her almost 20 years of ministerial leadership with 16 of those years as a Senior Pastor's wife. She has led and organized various ministry groups such as the Youth After School Program, Women of Excellence Ministry, Talkin' With The First Lady* Girls Mentoring Ministry, Minister Wives and Widow Auxiliary of the Christian Fellowship Baptist District of Chicago, IL to name a few. She was also the weekly radio announcer for the Praise and Power Hour Radio Broadcast of the Starlight Missionary Baptist Church for 12 years. She is an excellent event organizer where she has held several successful women conferences, workshops, and other events that encourage and empower women. She has always taken her programs to the level of excellence and has been asked to assist other organizations and ministries to develop and organize their events. Her events have also inspired other organizations and ministries to use her events as a model in creating their own.  

Nickquolette is the loving wife of Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Irvin L. Barrett and has a daughter and a stepson. They reside in Texas.
