Nickquolette Barrett founded B Excellent, Inc. to provide affordable development consultations, training programs, and business services to individuals and organizations that want to achieve a high level of excellence in their endeavors. She has merged the best of her vast corporate and ministry experience for the benefit of her clients.
Nickquolette defines excellence as seeking out the quality of being extremely good or outstanding, not perfect, but taking the ordinary and making it extraordinary. She believes it can be done 1) by having a strategic and focused vision 2) the belief that it can be done and 3) the commitment to do what it takes to get there.
